Kim sent us a link to one day potty training on Pinterest last week. She didn't read the link before she sent it, but that's okay. We decided that if we were going to try before winter, this was the week to do it. Trina returns to work in a week and I didn't think I could do it without her.
The plan is to check to see if he is dry every 15 minutes. We reward him with a piece of candy for being dry. He also gets to call someone every time he uses the toilet. So far it has been good. Five times he used the toilet and not once in his underwear over the first two hours.
Grayson found out that this morning all of his diapers were missing from his drawer. The underwear fairy must have been here.

When the kids were young we always spent a night during the Christmas
season to ooh and aah over Christmas lights and go out to supper. It was a
tradition...

Good job, Grayson!!!! I hope this works.
Good job buddy! You will have to learn all the tricks then teach us!
I was reading this on Pinterest on Monday night! You'll have to let me know how it worked!
Taya
Grayson has been dry three of the four overnights, all four naps, one full day and only had one accident on two of the days. The one day that was less successful was because I told him he could pee standing up, and before his underwear was pulled down, he started. The other was when Trina was running a hot bath for Maddux and she let Grayson put his hand in the warm water. After asking if he had to pee, she watched him dance and then soak himself. We are learning what to do and not to do just like Grayson.
Great job Grayson!
