Outdoorsman

We've realized over the past several weeks (or months) that Grayson is a true outdoorsman! Two weekends ago Grayson went camping for the first time with Grandpa and Nana. He had a blast, even though he got a little hot on Sunday. Here he is with my Aunt Kathy (he looks huge compared to her!!) and with my cousin Clint. Clint was a hit with Grayson, getting him to laugh and smile a lot!



Last weekend we went to Newell for my cousin Kevin's wedding. We stayed in a hotel and Grayson went swimming in a big pool for the first time. He LOVED it! He even went under water! More like, his dad dunked him under water against my will.


While at the wedding, my parents got a picture with all of their grandkids. Funny how the babies are cooperating, but the big kids aren't.

We were also able to get a full family picture.

We have been using his love of the outdoors in the evenings lately. If he comes home from daycare tired/cranky, we just sit outside for a while. A couple nights ago he was super cranky, so we sat outside. He had only one toy with him. We sat out there for 45 minutes without a fuss!

It looks like camping, swimming, and maybe boy scouts are in his future!
